Letter in handwriting of R abbi Aharon Walkin, Av Beis Din of Pinsk–Karlin, to the he ads of the Pinsk Committee in New York, requesting financial assistance for the new yeshivah building in Pinsk.
Rabbi Aharon Walkin (1865 - 1942) was one of the great leaders of Lithuania before the Holocaust, and was a close student of the Netziv. He was killed in the Holocaust.
The letter was written entirely in the handwriting of Rabbi Walkin on personal stationary.
